Terms of Service
Last updated: April 10, 2026
Welcome. These terms cover your use of Pome — the developer platform at pome.sh, including the SDK, APIs, dashboards, and docs (together, the “Services”). Pome is a product of Vakoi AI Ltd (“Vakoi,” “we,” “us”), an applied AI safety company incorporated in England and Wales. By using the Services, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use them.
1. Who can use Pome
You need to be at least 18 and authorised to accept these terms, either for yourself or for the company you represent. Pome isn’t open to anyone building a competing product — including agent staging environments, agent simulation or sandbox platforms, and digital-twin tooling for AI agents. By using the Services you confirm you’re not one of those, and aren’t signing up on their behalf. We can refuse, suspend, or end access at our discretion.
2. Your account
Some features need an account. Keep your details accurate and your credentials safe — you’re responsible for what happens under your account. If something looks off, email us at support@pome.sh.
3. How you can use Pome
Subject to these terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Pome to build, test, and run your own agent applications. Please don’t:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the SDK or any part of the Services.
- Use Pome to build or train a competing product.
- Remove or alter our notices, branding, or licence text.
- Redistribute the SDK separately from your own application.
- Use the Services to break the law or harm others.
4. Your content and data
You own your code, your agents, and the data you send through Pome. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display that content as needed to operate the Services for you. Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy, which complies with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. We don’t sell your data.
5. Our IP
The Services — including the SDK, APIs, dashboards, docs, and the “Pome” and “Vakoi AI” names and marks — belong to Vakoi AI Ltd or our licensors. You don’t get any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets without our written consent.
6. Warranties and liability
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Vakoi AI Ltd isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
7. Ending things
You can stop using Pome any time. We can suspend or end your access if you misuse the Services or breach these terms. Anything that should reasonably survive — IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnity, and governing law — does.
8. Updates to these terms
We’ll update these terms now and then. We’ll bump the date above and, for material changes, give you a heads-up. Continuing to use Pome after a change means you accept the new version.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes go to the courts of England and Wales. Local laws in your jurisdiction may also apply where required.
